The blue is for the big, wide ocean.
The orange stripe is for bravery and shows one part of the Marshall Islands.
The white stripe is for brightness and shows another part of the Marshall Islands.
The star has 24 points because there are 24 different areas in the Marshall Islands, and the four longer points are for the main parts of the Marshall Islands.
